Sanitary Diaphragm Valve
Various standards of valves can be provided to clients: DIN, 3A, SMS, ISO/IDF, BS/RJT,ASME/BPE etc.
The parts of valves: an actuator, diaphragm and body which assemble together with bolts and nuts.
The entire valve assembly in meticulously. The actuator can be manual and pneumatic, the diaphragm made of artificial rubber which can have all kinds of soft and hard degree. The body can be two way or three way.
The connection of the diaphragm as follows: clamp, weld, T-type tee, U type tee etc.

Check Valves are widely used for both sanitary and industrial applications to prevent backflow of product. Ball Check Valves are designed to allow full product flow during processing. Once the product flow stops the ball rolls back to the seat at inlet preventing back flow. Ball Check Valves are commonly used with liquid products. Sizes range 11/2˝ - 3˝.
3A Sanitary fittings
The 3A product range includes a comprehensive selection of fittings with internal surface finishes with a roughness average (Ra) of < 0.4 - 0.8 μ, either electropolished or mechanically polished. Fittings in this range comply with ASME 3A dimension standards.
SMS Sanitary Fittings
International standard ISO2037 was prepared by technical committee ISO/TC5, These are stainless steel tubes and stainless steel fittings that are commonly used all over Europe.
